Luc Paradis PROFESSIONAL TRAINING PROFILE A senior associate of the civil and commercial law sector, Me Luc Paradis is specialized in commercial and corporate law and in insolvency law. He works mainly in the financing of venture capital and in particular, he has represente Fondaction, the Fonds de développement de la Confédération des syndicats nationaux pour la cooperation et l’emploi since 1998 on a provincial scale. He oversees a team of lawyers and technicians in business law consisting of a dozen individuals distributed throughout the various offices of the firm. PROFESSIONAL AND COMMUNITY ACTIVITIES Me Paradis was chairman of the board of the Institut en réadaptation en déficience physique de Québec Foundation (IRDPQ), formerly known as the Centre François-Charon, from 1987 until 2000. He acted as a legal advisor and lawyer for the Corporation of Tennis Challenge Quebec (C.T.C.Q). Inc., owner of the Canadian international Tournament of tennis for women of the TWA collectively called "The Bell Challenge" and was a member of the organizing management committee of the Tournament from 1996 to 2005, the year the tournament was reclaimed by the Tanguay team. Me Paradis is one of the main creators of the Chamber of Commerce of the Entrepreneurs from the Quebec Chamber of Commerce in 2007. He is the president of the Quebec Chamber of commerce since June 15, 2010.
