PROFILE
Mr. Bégin, a Morency partner, acts as a litigator in cases involving public and parapublic organizations, especially most of Quebec’s school boards. He handles all facets of labour relations, including accreditations, the negotiation and application of collective agreements, complaints under the Labour Code, An Act respecting Labour Standards, the Charter of Human Rights and Freedoms, and occupational health and safety.

Mr. Bégin is called upon to argue before various administrative bodies as well as before the labour commissioner, the Labour Board, the grievance adjudicator, the adjudicator appointed under An Act respecting Labour Standards, the conciliator, the Human Rights Commission, the Bureau de révision paritaire (Quebec joint review board), the Commission d’appel en matière de lésions professionelles (Quebec employment injury appeal board) and various disciplinary committees.
