Mr. Dubois has a bachelor of law degree from Université de Sherbrooke.

PROFILE
Mr. Michel Dubois was called to the Barreau du Québec (Quebec bar association) in 1984, and since the outset of his legal career, he has devoted his energies to business, commercial and corporate law. He has acted as a legal advisor during many purchase and sales transactions and company mergers. For the past fifteen years or so, he has also specialized in banking law, both in matters of traditional financing and venture capital. Mr. Dubois has also advised and supported many clients during corporate reorganizations and the establishing of new trade patterns and business transactions. His practice has also led him to help many clients in matters involving business contracts of all types, including the preparation, writing and negotiation of such contracts.

Mr. Dubois provides services for a clientele made up of private small and medium-sized businesses, financial institutions and public and parapublic bodies.

He has participated in the preparation, writing and publication of articles pertaining to business and corporate law.

Mr. Dubois has also been a guest speaker at numerous forums attended by members of business organizations and professional associations.

Mr. Dubois is a member of the Réseau Capital (Quebec venture capital association), the South Shore Chamber of Commerce and Industry and the Haut-Richelieu Chamber of Commerce.
