Me Darveau holds a bachelors of law from the University of Laval and is also the holder of a diploma in legal technology. He also completed a research internship for the service of the magistrature of the Superior Court of Quebec.

PROFILE

Me Darveau works with our specialized team in labour relations. For this purpose, he is often called upon to offer his expertise to a clientele mainly comprised or public organizations working in the education sector, notably with respect to the interpretation and application of collective agreements and the analysis of complex questions relating to the whole of the legislation and the regulations affecting the field of labour relations.

He also acts as attorney for the health and social services network and is regularly called upon to make representations before the different judicial courts.
